Once you get the file, transfer it to andrews using scp:

scp 3\ -\Lauf*.pptx andrews:/tmp

If, under Windows, you don't have scp installed, use a ssh client to transfer the file.

Then, become root and look in find the directory for the publication. For example, the publications for TRUST are stored at ~www/wwwdata/trust.eecs.berkeley.edu/trust/pubs/. To update 757:

# Use ssh to connect to andrews
su -
cd ~www/wwwdata/trust.eecs.berkeley.edu/trust/pubs/757
cp /tmp/3\ -\Lauf*.pptx .

Then, go to the publication and verify the size.
