If the web ui comes up with "No such list xxxx", then 
check httpd-vhosts.conf and make sure that
something like
<pre>
   ScriptAlias /mailman/ "/home/mailman_7/cgi-bin/"
</pre>
is present for the <code>&lt;VirtualHost&gt;</code>.
