1. If a person has a .eecs.berkeley.edu email address, then they have a UC Berkeley EECS LDAP account. Onhttp://repo.eecs.berkeley.edu, go to Repositories -> Permissions, type the user name into the filter, select them, select Read & Write access, select the group(s) and click on Assign.
  2. If a person has a .berkeley.edu email address, then they might have a UC Berkeley EECS LDAP account. To check, try searching for them by going to Repositories -> Permissions and entering their username. If the user name is found, then add them as per the above step. If the user name is not found, then follow the procedure below.
For users without UC Berkeley LDAP accounts, create an account by going to http://repo.eecs.berkeley.edu, selecting User -gt; Add. Add the user's email address and name. You need not supply a password. Hit the Create button and then follow the steps for adding them as above, except search for their full email address, which is now their username.
