  1. Use MySQL and go to the user database, then the profiles table and search for the user profile by name.
  2. Use MySQL and go to the auth_N database, then the users table, search for the username.
In this case, http://www.e3s-center.org/sitevisit2014/overview lists "Samir El-Ghazaly", but http://www.e3s-center.org/sitevisit2015/admin/members does not?
