To export the applications to a csv file suitable for Excel us the MySQL interface.

<ol>
<li>Go to <a href="http://www.truststc.org/mysql/">http://www.truststc.org/mysql/</a></li>
<li>Click on the database for the workgroup, for example <code>reu_4</code></li>
<li>On the left hand side, find the <code>apply</code> table and click on it.</li>
<li>Click on Export</li>
<li>Under "Format", select <code>CSV</code>
<li>In the "Format-specific options", find the CSV section and click on "Put columns names in the first row"
<li>At the bottom, click on "Go"</li>
<li>Excel should start up with the contents of the database.
