If someone has edit capability, then they can hide
the application by setting 'hide' to 'Yes'.

<p>This does not remove the application from the database,
it merely marks the application as hidden.

<p>To get the application back, someone with
mysql admin permissions would need to go to
<a href="http://trust.eecs.berkeley.edu/mysql"><code>http://trust.eecs.berkeley.edu/mysql</code></a>, find the database
(<code>securit_4</code>, <code>superb_4</code>,
or <code>wise_4</code> and the <code>apply</code>
table within the database and edit the entry that
has <code>hide</code> set to 1.

<p>We could modify the summary so that for the workgroup
admins, it displays the hidden apps at the bottom.
