Dawb

DAWB is the Data Analysis Work Bench at http://www.dawb.org/. See also http://ptolemy.eecs.berkeley.edu/archive/links.htm#dawb

http://www.dawb.org/ nits

It looks like the web server for http://www.dawb.org/ is hiding the real location of the site, which is https://sites.google.com/site/dataanalysisworkbench/

http://www.dawb.org/ has the following issues

DAWB includes the work of others, see <a href="http://ptolemy.eecs.berkeley.edu/ptolemyII/ptII8.0/copyright.htm">The Ptolemy II copyright</a> for details. The subset of Ptolemy II that is used by DAWB is licensed under BSD or roughly equivalent licenses. See https://code.google.com/a/eclipselabs.org/p/dawb/issues/detail?id=2

https://code.google.com/a/eclipselabs.org/p/dawb/ issues

  • https://code.google.com/a/eclipselabs.org/p/dawb/ should be updated with similar code.
  • https://code.google.com/a/eclipselabs.org/p/dawb/ says that DAWB is Apache 2.0, but the license file at http://www.dawb.org says it is GPL? Which is it? I'd prefer Apache.
  • https://code.google.com/a/eclipselabs.org/p/dawb/source/checkout says
    # Non-members may check out a read-only working copy anonymously over HTTP.
    svn checkout http://svn.codespot.com/a/eclipselabs.org/dawb/ dawb-read-only
    Unfortunately, that fails for me:
    A dawb-read-only/trunk/com.isencia.passerelle.actor/src/com/isencia/passerelle/actor/filter/RegexpFilter.java
    A dawb-read-only/trunk/com.isencia.passerelle.actor/src/com/isencia/passerelle/actor/filter/RegExpFilter.java
    A dawb-read-only/trunk/com.isencia.passerelle.actor/src/com/isencia/passerelle/actor/filter/HeaderFilter.java
    svn: In directory 'dawb-read-only/trunk/com.isencia.passerelle.actor/src/com/isencia/passerelle/actor/filter'
svn: Can't open file 'dawb-read-only/trunk/com.isencia.passerelle.actor/src/com/isencia/passerelle/actor/filter/.svn/tmp/text-base/RegExpFilter.java.svn-base': No such file or directory
