Use Case

The use case is that

1. The developer uses the Cape Code Host to develop and test a Swarmlet locally:
2. The developer then uses code generation to create a Node Host Swarmlet and deploy it
3. The developer can then disconnect the machine running the Cape Code Host and the Swarmlet is available.
